I bring over 15 years of international experience working with global organizations to design and implement operating models that bring structure, clarity, and consistency to complex environments.
My work focuses on aligning processes, systems, data, and governance so that operations become not only efficient and transparent, but also decision-ready - particularly in complex, cross-functional, and regulated environments.
I am typically involved when organizations have strong capabilities in place, but face challenges with fragmentation: when processes don’t scale, systems are not fully utilized, or data does not translate into clear and actionable decisions.
Rather than addressing these issues in isolation, I take an end-to-end approach - shaping structure, aligning systems, and ensuring implementation and adoption, so that solutions work in practice, not only in theory.
My experience spans global organizations across the public sector, technology, and industrial environments, where I have designed KPI frameworks, led system implementations, and improved operational clarity and performance at scale.
